Text: John 14:1-14

Jesus tells the disciples in the Gospel that He is going to prepare a place for them in His Father’s house.  And He will come back and take them to be with Him.  The same applies to us.  Christ has prepared a place for us.  Peter tells us that we are a “chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.”  Jesus has chosen us, prepared a place for us, and done everything possible to make sure we end up there, with Him.
