The Peace Family
Please continue to pray for our loved ones:
We have been praying for a lot of people on a regular basis. I am hoping that as you listen to the list read off, or read it in a weekly bulletin or monthly newsletter that you will take the time to pray for these loved ones.
We believe that God hears our prayers. We believe that God wants us to pray. We believe that God is a God who heals. We believe that God is a God who knows and wants what is best for our well-being. Here are a few recent updates to our prayer list:
Judy Fraser is no longer needing treatments for her form of cancer. We thank God. Bea Donaghy, Myrt Meichel’s daughter, was in intensive care for a couple of weeks with a severe infection that left her incubated. She is doing better now, but still not out of the woods. Please pray for her. Allie, Shirley McLean’s daughter-in-law, has just been diagnosed with a very aggressive form of breast cancer. Please pray for her. Roberto Martinez’s grandmother died this week. She lived in El Salvador. Please pray for that family and all those who will be traveling to El Salvador for her funeral. Ron Dilk will be going on home dialysis. Please pray for all those who are struggling with suicidal thoughts and depression. Please pray for all those displaced peoples in the very poor parts of the world. Please pray for all those affected by the recent disasters of hurricanes, and earthquakes and flooding, and wind and wild fires. Please pray for the leaders of our world that they seek peace and promote peace in a way that honours our Creator and Heavenly Father and values all human life.
Please keep the church office informed and updated concerning those that we have been praying for. Thank you and God bless.
